Implementing Partners
GEI works through a network of implementing partners that combine global expertise with strong regional and institutional presence. These partners play a central role in delivering training, technical assistance, and knowledge services that support country‑led efforts to strengthen monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems and improve the use of evidence in public decision‑making.
GEI’s implementing partners include the Centers for Learning on Evaluation and Results (CLEAR), the École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP), and the International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET). Together, they support governments, public institutions, and practitioners through complementary models of capacity development that link global knowledge with locally grounded delivery.
Through long‑term collaboration, these partners help translate shared frameworks and learning into practical action. Their work spans diagnostics, professional development, and tailored technical assistance, supporting reforms that are responsive to country priorities and institutional contexts. This partnership model reflects GEI’s strategic focus on system‑level change—strengthening institutions, skills, and learning processes together—while reinforcing shared standards, peer learning, and sustained improvements in how evidence is generated, interpreted, and used across policy cycles.
