Learning and Training Opportunities

Learning and Training Opportunities

In addition to the training courses organized by the International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET) and the École Nationale d'Administration Publique (ENAP), GEI supports evaluation capacity development through a range of learning pathways that respond to different professional needs, career stages, and institutional contexts. These offerings combine foundational knowledge, applied skills development, and access to formal academic training, complementing GEI’s broader system‑level approach to strengthening national monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems.

GEI Online Course

The GEI Online Course introduces core concepts in monitoring and evaluation and their relevance for evidence-informed decision-making. Aimed at government officials, practitioners, and emerging evaluators, the course focuses on building foundational skills that support effective evaluation practice within national systems. It offers a flexible entry point into GEI’s broader work on country-led capacity development.
