National M&E Systems

National M&E Systems

GEI supports governments in strengthening national monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems through diagnostic, technical, and advisory services tailored to local needs.

Using a systems‑based approach, GEI helps countries identify priorities and implement strategies to improve how evidence is generated and used in decision‑making.

This work is delivered through GEI’s network, including the CLEAR centers and other partners, who collaborate with national institutions to build lasting, context‑specific solutions. GEI’s support focuses on strengthening the enabling environment, institutional frameworks, and individual capacities needed for effective and sustainable M&E systems.
