Based in Canada, ENAP brings long‑standing expertise in public administration and evaluation to GEI’s global network, supporting the development of skills and practices that strengthen the use of evidence in public management and policy contexts. Through its partnership with GEI, ENAP contributes to building evaluation capacity that is responsive to linguistic, institutional, and regional needs.

ENAP’s international training programs support evaluation capacity development in Francophone and Arabic‑speaking contexts. Its offerings combine core evaluation competencies with applied learning tailored to real‑world governance challenges, with a focus on evaluation planning and management, results‑based approaches, and evidence use in public decision‑making.

Within this portfolio, ENAP delivers Taqyeem, a professional evaluation training course designed for the Arab world. Delivered in Arabic, Taqyeem is offered through annual cohort‑based sessions open for individual registration, as well as on‑demand, customized courses for public institutions and organizations. The program is delivered through a combination of online and in‑person formats, supporting flexible participation across the region.
