GEI partner CLEAR AA will be hosting the biannual Africa Evaluation Indaba Online Series, November 22 - 24, 2022. This year’s theme is “Transforming Evaluation for Equity and Social Justice.”

The National Evaluation Capacities (NEC) Conference is organized every two years by the United Nations Development Program’s Independent Evaluation Office (IEO), which is a founding partner of the Global Evaluation Initiative (GEI).

Brazil has taken important steps towards institutionalizing the evaluation of public policies at the federal level. An important benchmark in this effort was the creation of the Council for Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Policies (CMAP) in 2019.

GEI recently participated in the American Evaluation Association's "Tip-a-Day" blog series. GEI’s implementing partners shared lessons learned and tips from the work they are doing around the world.
