IPDET 2022 On-site Program Ends on a High Note

The IPDET on-site program ended on July 22 with a fantastic graduation night for 138 participants from 63 countries who came together at the University of Bern in Switzerland for 2 intensive weeks of joint learning and networking. 

Keynotes

Dr. Alison Evans, Director General and Vice President, Independent Evaluation Group of the World Bank Group, joined virtually with a keynote speech on “Evaluation - fit for purpose and fit for the future?” Watch the Keynote HERE. GEI's Program Manager, Dugan Fraser opened the 2nd Week of the program with interesting insights on the GEI mission and IPDET`s role as core implementing partners.  

Relevant evaluation content for a diverse audience

During the Core Course in the first week, the fundamentals of evaluation were taught once again by fantastic instructors: Stefanie Krapp, Reinhard Stockmann, Wolfgang Meyer, all representing IPDET, and Candice Morkel, Director of CLEAR AA.

In the second week, certain aspects from the Core Course were further deepened and specific cutting-edge topics were elaborated in 10 different workshops conducted by IPDET's renowned international faculty.
