FLACSO Costa Rica and DEval Launch Online Course on Evaluation Management for Latin America

Following a pilot phase involving 15 participants from 8 countries, FLACSO Costa Rica and the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval) have successfully launched a regional online course in evaluation management for Spanish-speaking Latin America. Over 14 weeks, the course will reinforce participants' capacity to effectively plan and manage quality evaluations, which, in turn will help to increase the use of evaluation results.

Quality evaluation management is key to strengthening country-led and country-owned evaluation processes. Government representatives are the main target group for this course.  However, it is open to other professionals that manage evaluation processes, such as from civil society organizations and non-governmental organizations.
