The 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the African Parliamentarians’ Network on Development Evaluation (APNODE) will take place in Rabat, Morocco from 1-3 August 2022, courtesy of the Kingdom’s House of Councilors. Themed “Effective Parliamentary Public Engagement for Inclusive Development,” the AGM will, among others, reflect on the Network’s milestones, challenges and opportunities over the past seven years, while rethinking how it positions itself as it forges ahead in a rapidly changing post-COVID-19 environment toward 2030. In the years to come, APNODE will seek to enhance its relevance, visibility and footprint across the continent, and to strengthen its partnerships with national and regional Parliaments and other evaluation capacity development players across Africa, the global South, and beyond.
