The CLEAR centers are a core part of GEI’s global delivery model. Hosted by leading academic and policy institutions across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, the CLEAR centers provide locally grounded support to strengthen national monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems.

The CLEAR centers work closely with governments, civil society, and other stakeholders to deliver training, technical assistance, and knowledge services. Their work is tailored to regional contexts and priorities, helping countries scale successful approaches and foster collaboration across sectors.

As part of GEI’s broader network, the CLEAR centers contribute to a shared mission of enhancing evidence use for better policies and better lives. They also help amplify regional voices and promote innovation. Through events, research, and communities of practice, they foster peer learning and exchange across the global evaluation community.
