Leena Rao Head - Programme Design & Development With 28+ yrs in program development, Leena focuses on understanding the end user. Her expertise in instructional design and tech adaptation drives effective content creation across platforms. At Magic Bus, she designs programs on life and employability skills, benefiting lacs of youth annually.
Sonal Jain Dy. General Manager - Projects Sonal, with 15+ years in development, excels in program design, project management, education policy, advocacy for youth programs, implementation of education policy, content design and capacity building for partner organisation's. Her focus is on quality programming and meaningful impact.

Philip Mathew Director - Livelihoods Philip has more than 26 years of experience in designing and managing programs and policy interventions on skilling, entrepreneurship, social development, local governance, and poverty reduction programs with the Central Government, UN, and National NGOs. He is a Postgraduate (Social Work) with an LLB and pursuing a PhD from IIM Shillong.
