Regional Director of CLEAR for Francophone Africa

Dr. Edoe Djimitri Agbodjan is the Director of CLEAR Francophone Africa at CESAG. Before joining CESAG, he taught at the University of Ottawa and worked for PGF Consultant Inc (Canada). He has also worked in the Canadian public service. His areas of ​​expertise are planning, monitoring and evaluation of development policies and projects, results-based budgeting and the effectiveness of development financing instruments. He holds a PhD in development studies and a master's degree in economics.

Lycia Lima

Deputy Director of CLEAR for Lusophone Africa and Brazil

Professor of Public Policy in the São Paulo School of Economics at FGV and deputy director of CLEAR for Lusophone Africa and Brazil. Holds a PhD in Public Administration and Government, a MSc in Development Economics and a BA in Economics. Lycia has extensive experience working with policy evaluation in different institutions, including the public sector, academia and international organizations.
May Pettigrew

May Pettigrew

Vice President, European Evaluation Society

After a long career in evaluation working within academia (University of East Anglia), the Not for Profit sector (Tavistock Institute) and large public institutions (The European Commission and the UN), May has been an independent evaluation consultant for the last number of years, specialising mainly in evaluation of international development initiatives, particularly in the education and training sectors. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Sage Journal, ‘Evaluation’, and is Vice President of the European Evaluation Society.
Rasmus Heltberg

Rasmus Heltberg

Lead Evaluation Officer, IEG Human Development & Corporate Programs

Rasmus Heltberg is a Lead Evaluation Officer and team leader with the Independent Evaluation Group. Rasmus leads on select corporate evaluations such as self-evaluation systems, data for development, and citizen engagement and coordinates on evaluation of partnerships. He has previously worked on social protection, social development, adaptation to climate change, and disaster response, and was a member of the core team for the 2014 World Development Report on Risk and Opportunity.
Sudhi Mukherjee

Sudhi Mukherjee

Chief Technology Officer, Arara.io

Sudhi is a sustainability professional with global experience in integrating environmental, social and governance factors to shape investment decisions that drive sustainability in business processes. Sudhi is the Chief Technology Officer at Arara.io, a fintech platform for supply chain finance focused on climate change mitigation and sustainability. Previously, Sudhi had successful careers in IFC, academia and consulting engineering. He has a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering and an MBA in Finance.

Tom Ling

Head of Evaluation and Senior Research Leader, RAND Europe

Tom Ling designs, manages and delivers complex evaluations focused on innovation, impact and quality. Clients include health, business and international development departments in the UK, the European Commission, the World Bank, among others. He contributes regularly to peer reviewed publications. He is President of the European Evaluation Society and an advisor to the World Bank’s Global Evaluation Initiative.
Virginia Ziulu

Data Scientist, Independent Evaluation Group, World Bank

Virginia Ziulu currently works as a Data Scientist at the Independent Evaluation Group (IEG), focusing on applications of geospatial analysis, machine learning, and natural language processing. She has a background in data science with postgraduate studies completed at the University of Oxford and the University of Edinburgh.

Yuri Soares

Yuri Soares

Chief Impact Officer IDB Lab

Yuri Soares is Chief Impact Officer at IDB Lab, where he is responsible for corporate, where he is in charge of impact and measurement and strategic communications. Dr. Soares previously managed the Lab's strategy unit and its business unit on climate and agriculture, where he developed a portfolio of investments in agtech and natural capital. IDB Lab is the Innovation Lab of the Interamerican Development Bank Group (IDB Group).
