About the Event

As social systems grow more complex, collective impact is essential—but measuring it remains a major challenge. This session explores how Collective Impact Initiatives (CIIs) can address M&E gaps in multi-stakeholder initiatives. Speakers from funders, backbone organisations, and implementers will share real-world lessons. Participants will gain practical tools, frameworks, and governance strategies to align MEL across partners, enabling inclusive learning, adaptive decision-making, and systems change.

Bobbymon George Partner, Impact Measurement and Advisory, Sattva Media and Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Bobbymon, part of Sattva’s leadership, brings 18+ years in programme design, implementation, and evaluation. He heads the Impact Measurement unit, has led 70+ assessments across sectors, co-developed a youth life skills tool, and is an INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship alumnus.
Arjun Bahadur Principal, Sattva Media and Consulting Pvt. Ltd Arjun has lead PPPs in school education and assessments. He co-founded CAER (CBSE-Pearson), managing its operations, and led British Council India partnerships with state governments, the World Bank and schools. An ISB Hyderabad alumnus, former Sattva life skills collaborative lead and nonprofit board member.
Anindya Dutta Gupta Manager, Girl Capital, Children's Investment Fund Foundation Anindya Dutta Gupta, PhD, Manager of Girl Capital at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), oversees grants and partnerships to empower adolescent girls. He previously led learning & migration programs at the American India Foundation. He will bring a backbone funding perspective to the collective impact initiatives panel.
Nikitha Bengani Director- Youth Program, Quest Alliance Nikita Bengani leads the Youth Program at Quest Alliance, designing large-scale government and civil society initiatives. With 15+ years in program design, evaluation and fundraising, she’ll share the NGO perspective on the realities of building collective impact initiatives.
