Interviews in Portfolio Evaluation: Beyond the Usual Questions

Facilitated Peer to Peer Conversation.

About the Event

Portfolio evaluation requires a mosaic of methods, yet one tool remains central but often overlooked: the interview. Where interactions shape outcomes and time horizons shift, not all interviews serve the same purpose. How can diverse techniques reveal relationships critical to portfolio analysis? Join a conversation with colleagues learning by doing as they explore how specific approaches, styles, and formats of interviews can unlock unique insights—beyond standard KIIs—and discuss the mechanics of this evolving tool in complex intervention assessments.
