Organized by:
International Development Enterprises (iDE)
About the Event
iDE has emphasized multi-stakeholder engagement as critical to project success by using a participatory monitoring and evaluation strategy. In 2024, iDE employed Outcome Harvesting (OH), a participatory evaluation approach, to assess improvements in farmers' access to agricultural machinery, production, and marketing across 23 districts in Bangladesh.
In this session, the team will share insights from applying OH in a large-scale agriculture project, covering the design process, key findings, and lessons learned to inform future use of similar methods.
