Feminist Innovation in Monitoring and Evaluation: The contribution of Young and Emerging Evaluators

About the Event

This is a global virtual event to share the projects about Feminist Innovation in Monitoring and Evaluation (FIME) practices, developed by young and emerging evaluators (YEEs) granted with the FIME Small Award for YEEs . The Feminist innovation in M&E Small Grant for Young and Emerging Evaluators is implemented jointly by the GEI and Eval Gender+ with the support of Global Affairs Canada. This effort has awarded 6 young and emerging evaluators that are currently developing their projects.
During the event awardees will share their projects and discuss with the audiences about the opportunities for the use of their results.

Rai Sengupta FIME YEE Awardee Rai Sengupta serves as an Evaluation Consultant with the UNICEF Evaluation Office and supports the UNICEF Headquarters in evaluating UNICEF programming globally in the areas of health and nutrition, child protection, and climate change and WASH. She brings over 6 years of experience in researching and evaluating large-scale development programmes globally, in partnership with governments, bilateral agencies, and multilateral organisations.
Taieba Hosne FIME YEE Awardee Taieba Hosne Ishrat is an impact and policy evaluation specialist with extensive experience in sustainable finance, monitoring and evaluation, and evidence-based social interventions. Her work spans diverse sectors—from assessing the impact of social and gender bonds to evaluating youth empowerment and climate resilience initiatives—emphasizing rigorous, equity-focused evaluation to drive systemic change
Mahesh Krishnan Rahesh FIME YEE Awardee Mahesh Krishnan Ramesh is a policy professional specializing in gender-responsive evaluations, and social & behavior change strategies.
Neema Nnko FIME YEE Awardee is a dedicated Young and Emerging Evaluator who completed her Master’s Degree in Project Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation in December 2024. She is currently working at the Institute of Rural Development Planning as a Tutorial Assistant teaching project planning, community development, rural development, and agricultural related modules.
Aidai Algozhoeva FIME YEE Awardee Aidai Algozhoeva is a skilled program manager and civic education specialist with over a decade of experience in the non-profit and policy sectors in Kyrgyzstan. She currently serves as a project lead at the think tank Polis Asia, where she oversees and implements programs focused on civic engagement, historical memory, and public policy.
Lisette Zambrano FIME YEE Awardee Statistician with a Master’s degree in Big Data Analysis and Visualization. I have participated in various projects as a research assistant, supporting the review of data sources and the development of data management plans for the construction of databases and statistical models.
