Adan Ruiz Villala UNAIDS Director office of Independent Evaluation Adan Ruiz Villalba is the Director of Evaluation at the United Nations Joint Programme on HIV/AIDS, the Co-Chair of Evalpartners, and a member of the Oversight Advisory Committee of the Council of Europe. He brings extensive experience in leading evaluation functions for WIPO, UNODC, and others.
Sawsan Al-Zatari Evaluation Consultant and Learning Facilitator Sawsan Al-Zatari has led different evaluations and worked on others as part of a team focusing on the development and humanitarian sectors with over 15 years of experience. She is interested in storytelling and its use in creating a narrative that builds on the collective within the communities.
