About the Event
How can evaluation, a profession in the business of assessing and problem solving, inform and support the transformational imperative? In this session, we look at why and how evaluation needs to transform itself if it is to better support the transformational agenda mirrored in the SDGs, and summarize some promising pathways for this transformational journey. More specifically, we will hear the perspectives from and role of Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEE) in relation to the transformational imperative.
The session will consist of a short introduction to the topic looking at the intersection of evaluation and transformational change, based on the EVALSDGs Insight # 17, followed by a panel discussion with YEEs themselves.
