Evaluating in Uncertainty: Adapting to the Changing Geopolitical Landscape

Panel Discussion | Online

About the Event

The world is experiencing an unprecedented political crisis, which is accompanied by devastating economic repercussions and potential shifts in global political alliances. It is evident that democracy and democratic spaces are shrinking.
Additional challenges related to migration, inequities in wealth and well-being, the climate crisis, and the exclusion of vulnerable groups creates a complex environment for effective development and influential evaluation. The search for more effective development and evaluation approaches continues.
A key question for the webinar is: How can evaluation remain relevant, useful, and influential in the face of the challenges posed by the current context?
