About the Event
In the project management space, it is mostly important to work towards both the efficiency and the effectiveness of an ongoing project. To measure results which emanates from how effective a project is being runned, monitoring of the ongoing implementation of the project is of key importance. To that effect, iDE-Ghana over the years has worked towards designing digitized monitoring systems for real time monitoring and data tracking across its projects. Participants in this session will learn more about the step by step process iDE-Ghana employs in designing monitoring systems and how those systems are digitized for effective monitoring and tracking of data.
