About the Event
The session will offer insights into the career paths of Established Young Evaluators, covering entry-level positions, portfolio-building, strategic decisions, and overcoming challenges faced by Early-career Young Evaluators. Lasting one hour, it will feature 5-10 minute presentations followed by a Q&A session. The interactive format encourages dynamic exchanges, allowing participants to explore challenges, share solutions, and ask questions. The event will be conducted in English and French, with an interpreter providing translation support from Twende Mbele.

| Taipei Dlamini | Evaluation Specialist, UNESCO, and Co-convener of the UNEG Young and Emerging Evaluator Working Group | Taipei Dlamini is an Evaluation Specialist at UNESCO in Paris, managing evaluations in education, science, culture, and communication. She builds evaluation capacity and co-convenes UNEG’s Young and Emerging Evaluators working group. Taipei holds a Master’s in International Law and Administration. |
| Jiles Houngbo | Head of the Process Evaluation Service/DGEOCS/MDC/Government of Benin | Mr. Jiles HOUNGBO holds an engineering degree in Planning and Economics and a Master’s in Natural Resource Economics from Benin.
