This session is designed to inspire and empower Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEEs) to unlock their leadership potential and step confidently into roles of influence and impact—both today and in the years ahead. Through an engaging and practical discussion, participants will explore what it truly means to be a champion in the evaluation field. The session will offer actionable insights and tips on building key leadership competencies, including:

| Khalil Bitar | President, IOCE | Khalil Bitar is a Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (PMEL) expert with extensive multidisciplinary experience across international organizations, government institutions, and NGOs. He currently serves as the President of the International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE), Co-Chair of EvalPartners, and Co-Leader of Eval4Action.
