Strengthening evaluation capacities: transformational partnerships in Guatemala

The panel seeks to strengthen the evaluation culture in Guatemala by sharing experiences and lessons from the partnership between Guatemala’s authorities and international development organizations to strengthen evaluation capacities in the country. The panelists will highlight the importance of participatory work, knowledge and capacity appropriation, and strategic multiagency cooperation in the efforts to help strengthen (monitoring and evaluation) M&E capacities and systems in Latin America and the Caribbean.
